I love staying here bit was disappointed that the new policy want explained nor posted. The whirlpool wasn't completely cleaned and vacuuming wasn't up to par. Their were children knocking non stop during quiet time.

We did a staycation for spring break and decided to go to Chicago. This hotel was extremely nice and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Breakfast was good and they also have dinner and snacks in the evening. Hotel was extremely nice and only down fall was the traffic, but that's not the hotel's fault.

This hotel has a very home-like feel to it. You could tell it was an older hotel but honestly, it was cleaner than some newer hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast food was good and there was plenty of variety. The workout room had windows open to the pool area, a little weird being watched by the folks on one...

Clean room, friendly staff, quiet rooms, a great place to just get away! The hotel is close to a variety of dining options, shopping and lounges/bars. I would highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by Carlson in Schaumburg.

We have always liked Country Inn and Suites. The fire places in the lobby and breakfast room are a nice touch (although we were sad the one in the breakfast area was not working this time). Love the library idea... But to be picky, as an avid reader, I think a little more thought needs to go into a good...
