I stayed here on a business trip that I took to Elk Grove for a training class.This hotel was rated #1 in the area, so I thought we would try it and it is very clean, located in a quiet area. Very nice place to stay.

Weekends are a problem here, we won't stay here again

I'm giving a 2 review, my wife would score the hotel a ZERO. I gave this a great deal of thought, I almost scored hotel a 1, it's on the edge, really a 1.5.
Weekdays the hotel is ok. Not really special, OK. A score of four was coming. Then we hit the weekend. Any room facing the Belvedere next...

Good breakfast, Love the restraunts nearby. (Jimmys Charhouse and Real time sports give 10 percent discount with room key and Rooco Vinos is nice and romantic) Pool and jacuzzi is nice area very well kept. Shuttle service was always on time. Internet in room was slow several nights

Don't expect to park on weekend

We decided to go out after checking in. Came back to find that there was no parking because the hall next door was hosting a function and people were parking in any space available. The motel failed at securing parking for their guests. They were not very helpful once it was pointed out, either. The air was filled with noise...

I totally recommend this hotel. The service very good and the room very clean. Excellent breakfast and every day they have a different option. The shuttle service very efficient and always on time. The hotel is also near different restaurants and the Woodfield mall.
