We've been very happy with the arrangements we've purchased from Cottage. The flowers have arrived fresh and attractively arranged. The staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, and delivery is timely. A friend purchased an arrangement she wasn't happy with, and the manager immediately sent a substantially bigger, nicer arrangement to the recipient with an apologetic note. Great service!

When my aunt died, we called these people to get flowers. They were very sweet and so nice. They came up with a great flower arrangement at a pretty decient price. They also wanted to make sure nothing was forgotten, so they asked tons of questions. Great people!

The associate was friendly and helpful on the phone. I wanted a basket with specifically 2 pink roses and no carnations. The basket was beautiful filled with daisies of 2 different colors. I gave a price I wanted to pay. outstanding service and great flowers for the price.
