Poor customer service!!! This new young white man at Costco in Avon, MA must have a problem with black customers. For close to 20 years I have shopped at Costco even once worked there, that I have learned on 11.4.16 from this guy that customer satisfaction did not matter. I gave him the item as a gift and told him to keep it since he refused to issue a refund.

I went to the Avon Costco. I went to customer service to inquire about a membership. The girl Marcia was so pushy not letting me speak and insisting I get the 110 deal that I walked out.

I love walking around and seeing all the different clothes, furniture, deals on gift cards and most of all the variety of foods and prices . you can't beat less than $12 for a 42 pound bag of cat litter. thanks Costco
