calling customers and telling them they owe money and they didn't pay from the last time they came in, all because of a glitch in your payment processing system is bad business. Shouldnt you have insurance for this? I paid with a Visa gift card and I didn't keep it because the payment initially cleared. But now Costco tells me I will have to pay this again when I come in.
