Incompetent personnel in the pharmacy; and then the employee lied to cover up her inability or apathy, whichever one it was. I wouldn't trust this pharmacy with meds for my dog, let alone for me or my wife or my kids. They're cheaper, but I'll pay a little more to be safe. Please think twice before going here. Oh, on a separate note, my wife and I walked around to figure out if a membership would be worthwhile; you literally could not walk without stepping into somebody's way. Very poorly laid out, and no signs saying what's down the aisle, which to me made everybody in the store frustrated...

I have been going to Costco for many years and I love their products...but buy them quick! There have been numerous items that I love and buy until one day they disappear! They carry items for a short time and then get rid of them. Now, on to the customer service...well I have been working in retail for 8 years now and I would never treat customers the way the Costco staff does. They are rude, selfish, always in a hurry to get your money and just send you on your way without a hello, thank you or goodbye.
