I went today to pick up my prescription and the Pharmacy Technician named Brenda was very rude to me and my senior mother. She was very unhelpful, arrogant and rude.

She made me very angry that I returned my medicine and wanted my prescription back. She did not give me my prescription back, she told me to come the next day because she couldn't get it anymore.

Costco has been going down hill for some time now. Their products(i.e. groceries) keep getting bulkier with no real savings. Customer service has gotten to be horrific. The inventory has become unstable, and product quality is unreliable (especially the store brand). Retailers should go out of thier way to make their customer lives easier, not more difficult. I bought a lot of large sized things from Costco Wholesale. the quality is very good, and the price is really very low than one can expect. But they need membership card.
