There prices are higher than their competitor and the customer service is as bad as their rival. I have never witnessed a company that was so easy to deal with. I have had to return small items, such as a string of Christmas lights, and as large as a 50 inch Plasma TV. All without ANY problems. The people at the Rosedale Cosco in Bakersfield Ca. treat you as if you matter, they do everything to make you satisfied.
