Photos documenting the history of Costa Mesa bedeck the walls of The Omelette Parlor, and stories lurk in every corner. Omelettes are named after local personalities, like historian Mrs. Beecher, who hoarded artifacts from Costa Mesa’s past. Three Stories for Don Butts is what the restaurant calls its triple-decker club sandwich. Long lines on the weekend, but reasonable prices.
