Omelettes are named after local personalities, like historian Mrs. Beecher, who hoarded artifacts from Costa Mesa’s past. Three Stories for Don Butts is what the restaurant calls its triple-decker club sandwich. Long lines on the weekend, but reasonable prices.
The Ehringer's Irish Answer is a huge omelette stuffed with bacon, potatoes and cheese, then topped with sour cream and chives. It comes with a side of breakfast potatoes.

I have been searching for a place like this in orange county. No more cookie cutter restaurants for breakfast that doesn't give you that much food for a lot of money for us. I recommend this place to everyone. It is so great. The breakfast is so yummy and you get a full plate of food for just around 6-7 bucks. The inside is super cute with the wooden booths and the antique-ky look I just love it.
I discovered this place because I had a coupon in my Entertainment Book, and it was one of the best discoveries I've made! My husband and I have been going to the Omelette Parlor for years, and we've brought my entire family and many friends with us.
