Hi, I'm Tracy (a.k.a. Cosmic Lady). Of all the places I've been, Manchester is my favorite. Since I was a little it has been my ultimate goal to have some part in making this town even better. I am a breakfast enthusiast and the proud owner of the best breakfast place ever, Cosmic Omelet.
The Cosmic Omelet serves up breakfast and lunch, offering several types of omelets. Anything with the word cosmic in the name includes cream cheese as a star ingredient. Open from 6am to 2pm and closed on Monday.
The Cosmic Omelet has a unique atmosphere and an even more out-of-the-ordinary menu. This breakfast and lunch spot is colorfully painted from floor to ceiling and decorated with works by local artists made from recycled products.
