I am so disappointed in this company. I call 5 hours before to reserve a taxi , and twice it worked well. But tonight I did the same thing and waited almost an hour. I finally called another cab company and was picked up in 5 minutes. I have never waited an hour for a taxi to pick me up before. I always give a good tip, too. It really has upset me because it literally would take me an hour to...
