Stole our money and walked off the job

Waldy Corniel from Corniel Construction, LLC took our money, walked off the construction project and left our premise in damaged condition. He has our photos up on this site as if he is still associated with us and we endorse him but that could not be farther from the truth. We are filing a complaint for consumer fraud with the Division of Consumer Affairs and filing a lawsuit against him.

I used him for emergency situation, and helped me out greatly. He had to schdule around the tenants schedule without any complaints.

We hired Corniel Construction, LLC for a commercial construction project in Hoboken, NJ. The delivery date for the project was November 1, 2014.
