We hired Cornell’s Quality Construction to remodel our 20 year old kitchen based on the glowing recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed! Cornell had some great ideas regarding the layout of our kitchen which resulted in more counter space and room for a larger oven. He is an excellent listener and communicator. Cornell was always available to answer my calls or would call me right back. He kept me aware of any work schedule changes instead of leaving me hanging like other contractors we have worked with.

Cornell did excellent work. We needed to remodel our bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible, this involved raising the sink and replacing the tub with a
walk-in shower.

He finished the job on time, on budget, and everyone was extremely professional. When we were getting estimates, one bidder said ""It'll cost $25,000. There's no money in bathrooms. I can only get one guy in there at a time."" Another bidder refused to give me a non-binding estimate because, ""I don't know what's under that floor."" i.e., would he have to replace the supports under the wood floor or replace just...

Cornell’s Quality did a masterful job in remodeling and modernizing my home. The planning, design, execution, quality, attention to detail and responsiveness to my questions and needs were all remarkable.
