This is the worst location. I ask for no beans in the salad and suddenly some genius at this location thinks beans =cheese. It's been the THIRD time they've omitted cheese, I've written it off twice before.
I've only ever been to the Express location since it's not far from where I live, and it's a great place to grab a quick bite/pick something up when you're casual and more than likely just going to see a movie or eat-in. Their food is light, but still flavorful - just all around solid cafe-style food that never disappoints. …
A very good mocha but the worst German chocolate cake (with coconut) in LA.
Really tasty grilled portobello sandwich. The side salad/mixed greens leaves something to be desired but there were veggies stuff in the sandwich as well so I got my fix. Pricey, but in line with everything else offered in that food court + shopping center. Lots of sandwiches, wraps, salads + specialty coffee drinks to choose from.
This place is slow and the people are incompetent. They should move out of the food court and back to a restaurant format. Orders delayed, Food incorrect and the staff is incompetent to handle any issues
