Worst manicure and pedicure ever!!

I went for a pedicure and manicure only. The appt. began with a very limited choice of polish colors, if you like bright, dark or iridescent, then you may be okay. Pedicure- the technician was very rough, very distracted and sloppy, unsanitary (i.e., re-used toe separators, not known until after). Polish on skin, nails partially filed, no base coat, portions of nails missed with polish. At the...
