Excellent Service. I had a custom request, and Shiela was able to make and deliver it the same day! She was fast to respond and made the entire process so easy. I would definitely use Cookies By Design again.
I will never order from this company again. I placed an order at 10:30 am to be delivered the same day to my daughter at her college in San Antonio.
At 4:10 p.m, still no delivery. I called the company so that if something was going wrong, it could be fixed in time. They could not tell me anything except that they'd be closed and out of the office. They said the driver was ""probably in traffic."" They couldn't check on the order in any way. They were no help whatsoever.
After 5 p.m., still no delivery. I called again. From the start, they refused to take my daughter's dorm number and...
I sponsored a golf tournament at a local base. I ordered image cookies with the Air Force emblem on them! They turned out great -- an absolute hit! My point of contact was so pleased at how the table looked. I decorated the gift table with cookies on a stick with the emblem on each one. The price was reasonable and the recipients loved them.
