We called Contra Cost Blinds to fix what went so horribly wrong with our transaction with Décor Window Fashions installation. Contra Costa Blinds is THE BEST!!!!!! We had the worst experience with Decor Window Fashions (formally Blinds on a Budget). After spending over $2500 on treatments to our home with Decor Window Fashions, they refused to honor warranties and charged excessive fees for installation and repairs with the handling of their transactions. They treated us horribly, were verbally abusive and totally unprofessional, and even hung up the phone on us after several attempts...
