i was buy c.l. and i recieve it very quickly but the c.l. came to me with short expiry date. for your attentionmy first order (not from them) of this brand c.l. was on 2013 and i got them with 10/18 expiry datenow i was order on 9/15 with 01/18 expiry date and one box 09/17this is very important information to know before order
I recently used Contact Lens King because they were by far the lowest price for the lenses I needed. I was a bit hesitant because I had not used them previously. I have to say that I could not be happier with both the online process and how they handled my direct phone call to them. If you have any reservations, just call them. I was able to speak to a person very fast and they were awesome.
I just had the best CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in my life...I had ordered the wrong contact lenses (my fault), When i received them i immediately contacted CLK and they gave me an RA to return. They gave me a credit on the credit card but noticed that they didn't credit shipping+handling. So i contacted customer service and they explained their policy which i should have known had i read it on...
