Website and local store has posted hours for Friday as closing at 9 pm. I stopped at the Gardner store on Friday at 8:10 pm and not only was the store closed, the man behind the counter looked up at us, and walked out of sight. At first we thought he was just walking around the counter, but i think he was just pretending he did not see us. This is very poor customer service and unprofessional.

The well-known auto parts chain has numerous stores around the area and if the Milford store doesn't have it in stock, it can get it brought in for a customer.
