Consulate Health Care At West Altamonte

My grandmother went to Consulate for rehab after a long stay in the hospital. I was not happy with this facility. They barely got her out of bed which prolonged her stay and some of the nurses were rude and hard to find when you needed one. I also had to do my grandmothers laundry since some of her closes went missing. I would not recommend this place.

My mom was there and i dodn't recommend anyone taking a prent there unless you visit daily. She was hospitalized 3 times in a month. The final straw was when found her sweating, coughing up mucsous, and her gown saturated wet and the nurse never came in the room while i was there for 1 hour waiting on paramedics to come and take her to the hospital. My Father resided in Consulate Health Care Altamonte for the last year of his Life. They have many of the issues that typical nursing facilities deal with, I.E. a high patient load, staffing shortages etc. However in surmounting these issues the personnel from the Administrator on down to the nursing assistants were generally from good to exceptional in responding to both crisis and day to day...
