This is worst than a third world country consulate. Apparently the way they work is by hiding and killing time. First, they never answer the phones for visas or travel questions. The first time I visited the Mexican Consulate was in 2006 for a passport to visit Mexico City. Inside the building the lines were extremely long and the people that were working the window were absolutely rude and inconsiderate to the people with questions and or problems.
