Embarassingly Incompetent AND Rude!
I oredered flowers for my mother with american express card. After assuring me of Mother's Day delivery, no flowers were delivered. I contacted Conroy's and they had no record of my order or my calling. Of course, they had taken my credit card number and address so who knows where the airhead receptionist is using my information.
Rude, unreliable. Caused me embarassment since I was only child not sending floweres.
Conroy's?? Loser business. They deserve to go broke.

Received flowers from this company from my Dad for Valentines. I live in a large complex, and they just left the flowers outside my door (no wrapping, not even in the door frame). Didn't even leave it at the leasing office (which is typical policy for deliveries).
