Your customers should be able to contact you by email. This having to wait to business hours to call you when I have a question now on Saturday is ridiculous! I don't have time to call you during the working day. And by the way - what is this monthly $5.00 fee I am getting all of a sudden????? Didn't get any notification on that!!!

Your website is absolutely horrible. I know I have an account with you guys because I signed up for one, and you take out money from my account monthly for my auto payment. But I haven't been able to check on my account at all since I first signed up. I tried every different combination of user names and passwords. I tried to reset my password. Horrible experience the last few days. Not the card to travel with. Cannot book cars with a Connex debit card. Go with a larger bank.
