the best ribs ,1/2 chickens and salt potatoes in new york. the food is all cooked over hard wood coals. the side are very generous and for a real treat try the Bubba burger a 1/2 pound burger topped with pulled pork onion and cheese. guaranteed to satisfy the biggest appetite

Got there 15 minutes before dinner began (4PM), server got us seated and a drink while he finished getting things setup. Sever took good care of us.
Ordered ribs and onion rings. Ribs were good, though not very meaty. Onion rings were freshly made (NOT frozen), best onion rings in Syracuse.
