My computer died at the worst possible time and had some very important files needed for work. I took it in to the first place i could find in the phone book. I talked to somebody at Computer Techs and the help i got was outstanding. First they got my files off my computer and put them on my flash drive. After that they quickly got my computer back up and going after replacing my hard drive....
These guys know their stuff! I had a simple question about my computer and nobody else in town knew the answer until I called Computer Techs. Not only were they able to answer my question they gave me advice on networking my computer doing my backups and keeping my antivirus up to date. They are friendly helpful and their rates are very resonable. I would recommend these guys to anybody!
I am very disappointed with my service at Computer Techs. I was lied to about the process that was going to be preformed to fix my laptop. I would have been able to have the computer fixed for free but since I was told they were putting in a part rather than sending it out to be fixed I am no charged $80 for them to do nothing.
