What a great find!! Bill saved my computer and all my data. Even better, he was able to come to my house within a few days (unlike other large companies that would have been 10 days!) and he charged just $99 for over two hours of work. He explained everything to me in a professional and clear manner. Bill is my new computer-guy!!

Last year, when she called me I was battling with the horrible flu virus that was going around. i had come up with a case of pneumonia and had to be bed ridden for several days.
