I had a ton of pop-ups and my computer was slow. I tried one of those online services that promised to double my speed. It was a total waste of money. I managed to search CitySearch, found this company, called and made an appointment. The technician, RJ, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to repairing my computer AFTER the appointment ended he stayed and made several suggestions that helped me use my computer and network much more efficiently. Tasks that used to take me several minutes to complete I now get done in seconds.

Was pleased with how well and efficiently they handled my issue from start to finish.

I was not sure if l even needed an appointment, the woman that answered the phones had a technician call me. He called me within 2 hours and yes l did need an appointment.

Woman called me back and we set up a time that was good for the technician to come out

He arrived on time and fixed the issue l had and made some great recommendations. He was courteous and very professional.He did not at anytime push any other service other than that what l wanted.

I will recommend them to all my friends....

From my initial phone call to the resolution of all of my computer problems, Computer Help, was terrific every step of the way.

The woman that answered the phone was friendly, polite and professional. She scheduled my appointment at a convenient time for me.

The owner/technician arrived on time. He too was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed all of my problems in minutes and even took extra time (free!) to show me a few tricks that help me use my computers and network more efficiently.
