Service wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Took my computer in with display problem. Took some time to fix; more than a week. Part I was told would get to them the next day arrived 5 days later. While checking in on progress I was informed I needed to pay for part I already paid for. That was odd. The previous day I was told the part was on its way. Had to return after receiving computer.
