Worst customer service experience ever, by far. Unprofessional, unethical, and simply horrible. They should be named "Incomplete Carpet Care"....of course, the word "Care" is used in the loosest sense of the word. How do people like this stay in business!?

Has anyone noticed besides me that the owner Len Creech on 11/19/2004 gave himself a positive review. I guess he just needs to toot his own horn from time to time. If he will be dishonest about this I wonder what else he will lie about?

Len cleaned my playroom carpet, which I had all but decided was not salvagable. I was shocked when I found that the carpet actually looked brand new! It was expensive, but I had gotten a quote to replace the carpet, and that was $1200. Having it cleaned cost about one-sixth of that, and it was certainly worth every penny.
