I have used Compass for 20 years. Exceptional service is an understatement. John and Kathy have managed to keep the qualityand attention to detail that can only come from a family owned and operated business while building a business that is the envy of their competition. I cannot imagine a transaction that does not have theirWood Destroying Pest clearance in the file.

I was really impressed with how professional the owner was! His prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future for all of my pest problems!! Highly recommended!

Used them for the office about 3 weeks ago and did not have a positive experience. They were called to come back out and did not show up or even call to reschedule.We called them again and they did come without any mention to the missed appointment.Unfortunately, the problem as of Friday still exist.Definitely not a do-over.
