Since I ride an inexpensive bike I thought they would laugh at me when I brought it in for service. Instead they took my problems seriously and had my bike working great in a very short time. I have never been in a bike shop with such backwards and horrible customer service, if you want to get HOSED with outrageous service prices shop here. If not, avoid this and go to another bike shop in Boston.
