Help us make it rightBe careful when they tell you the installation is included. Two times the installers showed up to install a microwave and range hood and both times they told me they had no idea they were to install these appliances. They did not have the right tools and did not even know HOW to connect the hood to my existing duck work, which I was told had to be done prior to installation. I was told to get the duck work done and they would come out and and connect the hood to the existing duck work. I got the duck work done and the installers had no idea what they were doing and I had to take the hood down and get it done myself. Community Appliance never returned any of my repeated calls and messages.

I dealt with a guy named J.R., who was helpful, but a bit of a smart-ass. Sold me a BBQ grill that the burners rotted out a year later. Community Appliance was no help. The manufacturer told me the parts were recalled, but I had to pay for installation.Same thing one year later. J.R. never returned my calls.

We Just bought are Bosch dishwasher at this store they delivered and installed the nex day, salesman Rodney was very good and new his product. I have been shopping all week, and by far hands down the best around.Thanks mary j n
