Owner of Sprint Franchise, Communications To Go in Hollywood, Florida needs a solid course in ethics, integrity, and good customer service. I recently purchased their $35 Bluetooth headset, the more expensive of only 3 devices offered for my Galaxy android.

Three associates at the store had difficulty getting the device to work properly, however, once they managed to 'pair' the device with the phone, I asked if I could return it if I was not satisfied. I was assured by my Representative that I could return it within 30 days.

After attempting to use the device over the last 4 days and...
