Comfort Windows Syracuse did a wonderful job installing several windows for me. Their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that he was very nice, and I got to decide for myself what I wanted. He was just there to provide me with the information I needed. The installer was very efficient and did a good job.

Comfort Windows put in some replacement windows for me. I was overall pretty satisfied with the service. The finish work could maybe have been a little nicer, mostly the trim work. They did a good job, though. The price was steep, but I feel the quality is there. I've used them twice in two different houses, so I guess I'd say I would go back again. We had Comfort Windows installed in our home a few years ago. The windows are working very well. Unfortunately the company does not give a hoot about their warranty.
We chose this company and spent well over $5,000.00 more than competing estimates based on warranty. Our salesman told us that they repair screens,replace windows no matter how they were damaged. Well, this is not true.
