I had a reservation here but had to cancel about 20 hours before arrival because the doctor cancelled the surgery, but I was charged $50 because of the "24 Hour Rule". I don't think I'll go there when the surgery is rescheduled.

Shuttles to the airport start at 4:15am! There is covered parking but it is tight. Can hear planes and trains but not enough that it kept me awake. Clean, comfortable. Good for an overnight en route to the airport. Desk clerk was nice. Free breakfast but we left before it started.

Excellent breakfast, good value for San Francisco

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable with free reliable wifi. The breakfast was excellent - eggs, sausage, waffles, Danish, bagels, fruit, yogurt, etc. It was several blocks from the airport with prompt free shuttle service. The only downside was the airport noise, but we were so exhausted from our touring that we slept through it all.

This is a terrific place to stay prior to a cruise. There is transport to and from the airport and a car rental across the street. The staff is friendly and the rooms are updated and clean. The windows open. We were treated very well and can recommend this hotel.

Airport hotel for NON-CONNECTED people

This is a very average airport hotel, and ONLY for NON-CONNECTED people: the WiFi and internet connectivity is VERY BAD and STUPIDLY MANAGED. The occasional connection is often interrupted or re-booted, with an endless requirement to log in using the passcode over and over and over and over again. The management appears totally ignorant and non-caring; the only (and obviously VERY familiar)...
