My wife & I have stayed in a lot of Comfort Inns. Most are pretty good, a couple of them have been excellent. This place was neither. In fairness, let me say that the front desk people were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast bar was very good. We also used the pool and the excercise room. But, the problem... more

I stay at this hotel several times a year and normally have no problems. However, the price (I get a government rate) went up extraordinary since my last stay. A price increase of $20 more per night is too much considering the supply of hotel rooms in the Omaha / Council Bluffs area. You may want to shop around for... more

Staying at the Comfort Inn at the Zoo was a terrible experiance. Checked in and found water dripping from the bathroom light. Went to the front desk to tell the clerk about it and the first words out of her mouth was "what do you want?". There were two young girls walked up about the same time and her words... more
