No heat,no hot water, (In January I kind of prefer heat and hot water) no locking door on the balcony.The room had two old style TVs,no remote.They offered me another room-I declined for fear it would be even worse than the one I got.This place doesn't get the "needs new paint"award-if it weren't oceanfront,this place would be a good spot...

Very good room we got, housekeeping every day - excellent; free breakfast; the beach - one step from the hotel; I liked how the rooms are - the bedroom in one end and the living room in another, balcony - just perfect. Nothing else we wanted - perfect vacation and we recommend this hotel.
