The hotel lost my reservation twice. Very bad communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. My Mother in law died and I did not need this problem.

Well was a bit disappointed with the overall first their computers were down when arriving to check in after about a 20 minute wait, they then proceeded to check us in manually this seemed all good. So they took info made keys, the electronic cards, and we were checked in. So in our room and 30 to 45 minutes later the same person who checked us into our room was knocking at our door, by this...
