Good old fashioned service. Customer satisfaction came before he would accept payment, Definitely willl continue to use his service on my other properties. Lived up to his word and my expectations. He reminded me of the kind of service we used to get in the "good lod days".

The A/C went out in the middle of July and the temperature was about 110 degrees that day. When I spoke with them the day before they said they would be at my house no later than 10am. But it turned into 1pm. I was a little annoyed by that, however after replacing the A/C's capacitor, they acid washed the compressor's fins, and then did a vent temperature check in the whole house.
