1st attempt to even order service. Rep hung up on me because I asked her did you put me on hold for 15 minutes and come back still not ready. Called back got the same rep. Got another rep Angela Scott the best ever. Then tech comes to install says he doesn't have time to do a complete install he can do a half install. The worst service! My WiFi router is being used as a public hotspot. My alarm never works, I'm currently being warned by the county police another false alarm and I will be billed by the police department.
I cancelled my service, Comcast then charged me a month in advance and refuses to issue a credit!
BUYERS BEWARE!
