They don't show up when scheduled and make up excuses when contacted. Was sent a bill for a service that never happened. Two times they were supposed to arrive to do bug treatment and never showed up or called to say why? Third time technician showed up without the paper contract I was supposed to sign and could not do the job. He told me that he would return with the contract and do the job...
