I hope to never go back to doctors west ... My daughter was in a lot of pain when we got to the ER at 10 pm. Everyone was being called so when I asked why I was told she's not a priority... When we finally got to be seen it was confirmed it was her appendix and she would have surgery. Thanks for making us wait 4 hours

I have never been in a nursing care facility and hopefully will not ever have to again. The people as individuals are nice but not equiped to help people like me with orthopedic injuries. Having to wait more than an hour for each pain med request. It Defeats the purpose of being in a facility if it takes over an hour each time that I request any kind of pain meds. Even ibuprophen. I have been here for almost 6 yrs. This is a good place. It has its ups and downs. The staff are very loving and kind. They try to help you in any way they can.

Their facility is understaffed, and most of the staff it does have don't care about the patients. It takes the nurses forever to respond to calls from patients, and the administrative staff blatantly disregard federal laws regarding patients' rights. When a family member or friend of a patient tries to advocate for that patient, the staff try their best (including outright lies) to keep that...
