The Crosswoods location of the Columbus Fish Market was the first spawn of the concept restaurant that the Cameron Mitchell group introduced on Olentangy River Road.
Even though the Crosswoods site was an ill-fated one for two low-priced Mexican concepts (Cantina del Rio and Rio Bravo Cantina), the Fish Market has thrived there.

My wife and I try to go here everytime we are in Columbus. The food is execellent and never disappointing. When your travels can't take you to either coast, this is the best alternative hands down.
My wife and I always have a very good meal while here. We are on the south beach diet and the servers were greatly accomodating to us with changing to veggies versus potatoes.
Always make a reservation (opentable dot com takes 2 minutes) because they have alot of walk ins. Atmosphere is busy, but not loud.

Had heard about the Columbus Fish Market but got the chance to try it out during lunch with a friend recently. The ambience was great, fish was fresh and cooked as requested. The waiteress was very attentive to detail and hospitable. Would recommend it highly if you are in the mood for fish.
The one thing that I would change if possible is the ability to control the volume of the music being...
