The front office people are extremely RUDE!

They assured me they would get all insurance and referrals set up before see me as a patient and when coming in for my appt gave me verbal assurance again. To my surprise they sent me a bill!! I called and requested they figure out what happened and was told it was a mistake on paperwork made and unfortunately they cannot fix it with the insurance... more

They charge $70 bucks just for contacts fitting. Most optometrists only charge $30-40 so Columbia Vision Ctr's fee is more than double the normal rate. When I called to inquire on the issue the front desk clerk named Jamie was very rude and hung up on me. They claimed that the $70 fitting fee was disclosed on the paitient agreement form every paitien signs but if they charge more than normal... more
