I was received promptly and professionally. The staff was friendly and encouraging, Dr. Hutchins explained the procedure and the necessity of it ( a root canal) clearly. I felt immediate relief the next day and I continue to be satisfied with the outcome.

Had a very sore tooth and was able to get in to her office for an extraction. She did not spend time trying to loosen the tooth and just yanked it out. It got infected. Ended up having to go into her office several times to have a medicated glaze placed in it. I took me almost a mouth for my tooth extraction to heal. She was not helpful and accused me of messing with the spot of my sore tooth....

Absolutely the rudest secretaries I've ever dealt with, cancelled my appointment without telling me, amd when I walked into the office for the first time, didn't bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, or even recognize that I had made an appoimtment until I drove all the way back home, and called. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
