so far they have been professional and quick to respond. one of their staff came out to measure the job and it will be ready for installation approximately 2-3 weeks. I'm very impressed and pleased with their service to date. I also have every reason to believe their work will be exceptional. I'll know approx. by the second week of May but so far so good.
