Yes you are near the 91, 57, and 55 easy access from any direction. Thirty minutes from the So Cal beach's very nice. However security is poor, It seems once a month another car has been broken into. Parking is a hassle there is never parking pass 2 p.m in the afternoon. We just received new washers and dryers in our section of the facility. That's a good thing but now we have to pay almost...

There are Ants, spiders, roaches, gnats and flies. They don't ever spray. The water pressure is terrible. They are cheap and won't fix anything or replace any old appliances when they break. There is no guest parking or parking on the street ever available, it's always full. They rack up the pricing after your lease ends if you want to stay month to month. They will keep raising it $100 every 6...

We have one , two and three bedroom apartments with a family atmosphere. New gym workout area and office space acessible to residence with Wifi and computer acess. Apartments need some improvements but we do have a security team to keep the grounds safe . The apartments are a descent size and downstairs apts have patio acess etc. PET FRIENDLY big plus
