I recently visited the Colonnade Hotel for the first time as a hair and makeup artist for a wedding. I have been to many hotels in boston this has been the best by far especially when it comes to customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bellhop was prompt and very kind. I would recommend this hotel to my brides!
