Colonial parc apartments are affordable and clean apartments, management is nice and friendly and if you have any issues they will get it fixed promptly. They have clean grounds and are always doing improvements, if you are looking to find somewhere nice to live nut not break the bank, check them out.

I moved to colonial parc because I wanted to save so I could buy a house but man how I regret moving here. I should have followed my 1st mind when they gave my apartment away after signing a lease and putting money dwn. Once we moved in we had problems coming home after midnight finding the secure door standing wide open many of days. Then we got roaches because someone in the apartment was...
